Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation® is seeking a Category Executive to drive the UK launch, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Insight to boost performance across channels. You will gather data, map market dynamics, track price and distribution, and support strong retailer relationships.

You'll work in a fast-paced, hybrid setup, developing shopper understanding and turning data into actionable opportunities, with travel for store visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse data across Grocery, Convenience & Wholesale.
• Map the market, track prices and distribution, identify whitespace.
• Support customer relationships and become a go-to expert for buyers and merch teams.
• Conduct store audits to track range, space, promotions and executiones.
• Prepare reports and performance updates to highlight opportunities.
• Champion collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Insight.
