Your Role in a Nutshell

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our Sourcing Team at our global HQ in Brighton. You will support our sourcing strategy and business objectives through effective supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, and supplier performance improvement to fuel our growth.

More About the Role

Your responsibilities will include managing core product portfolios and implementing new projects, including:

• Strategy & Category Management
• Define & implement supplier strategies for Skincare and Bath & Body portfolios
• Control spend creatively and SMARTly to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• Identify and deliver cost savings and value creation through negotiations and tendering
• Manage cost forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting
• Evaluate, select, and review suppliers; lead supplier development efforts
• Manage sourcing negotiations and contracts from RFQ/RFP to delivery
• Collaborate with suppliers to bring innovative solutions
• Expand supplier base ethically and sustainably
• Ensure procurement protocols are followed

What We Look For

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in sourcing, manufacturing, or technical buying with project implementation skills
• Supplier performance evaluation and relationship management experience
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, data, and contract management
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
• Industry knowledge in Health & Beauty is highly desirable
