Job summary

Sizewell C Jobs Service, in partnership with EDF Energy Limited, is recruiting a Category Assistant – Professional Services for the London hybrid office. You will support P2P contract administration, develop procurement records and assist the Category Manager in governance and payments.

Permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary around £32,000 per year, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, 5% bonus, pension up to 7.5% employee/15% employer and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Working towards CIPS accreditation or educated to degree level would be advantageous.
• Experience in a P2P or highly processed environment.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeframes.
• Good commercial acumen with data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day contract administration.
• Working with stakeholders and suppliers on P2P processes.
• Processing payment certificates in line with contract requirements.
• Supporting Task Orders and associated governance processes.
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and audit-ready documentation.
• Using systems including Microsoft and SAP; liaising with onshore and offshore teams.
