Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Category Analyst to join the Europe Marketing team. You will support the Category Manager in driving performance and operational excellence for the Skin & Fragrance portfolio, owning analytics, forecasting and cross-functional coordination.

You will collaborate with the EU Marketing team, Commercial, PR and Global groups, applying a data-led and brand-aware approach in a fast-paced, agile environment. Hybrid working model offered.

• Strong analytical and commercial experience.
• Data-led but creatively aware with balance between performance and brand.
• Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of category strategy to deliver sales, market share, and portfolio growth.
• Own category performance tracking and reporting with regular insights on sales and product productivity.
• Analyse portfolio performance and support optimization decisions.
• Track NPD performance, including launch metrics and post-launch evaluation.
• Support end-to-end launch management and forecasting activities across markets.
• Coordinate sampling, PPUs, and forecasting inputs with stakeholders.
