Join our global team united by this purpose and help make access to high-quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right, not a privilege.

Sales

Our Sales teams support Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, ensuring access to top-quality products both in-stores and online. We focus on outperforming across all channels in highly competitive categories, fostering a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages cross-functional collaboration. We have approximately 10,000 sales professionals worldwide, working in roles such as Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.

About the role

You will be at the forefront of strategic execution and product delivery within a FTSE 100 company and one of the UK's top 3 TV advertisers, consistently outperforming competitors.

Our brands are either number 1 or 2 in their primary markets, working with key retail partners like Tesco, Boots, Asda, and Sainsbury's. Join the most successful market innovator in the sector, with 30% of sales over three years driven by new products, and a company renowned for its strong commercial capabilities and numerous career opportunities.

Your responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining complex Excel-based tools to identify revenue and optimization opportunities.
  • Creating end-to-end processes to guide the Category Development function towards actionable insights.
  • Analyzing data to recommend in-store actions that strengthen the category.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain local and global reporting suites.
  • Developing and maintaining structures and tools for long-term sales initiatives.
  • Making commercially aware decisions and communicating tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Working with Senior Category Development Managers to meet deadlines on key priorities.
  • Supporting ad-hoc analysis for the Senior Category Development Manager.
  • Understanding relevant Category Growth Drivers within retailers, quantifying £RSV opportunities, and implementing 4P tactics for growth.
The experience we're looking for
  • A graduate-caliber candidate.
  • Strong or advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to interpret large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
