Your new company
Our client is a globally recognised defendant law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Catastrophic Loss Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis. The office is based in the city centre and is easily accessible through public transport and has nearby parking.

Your new role
This Catastrophic Loss Solicitor role will involve handling your own reduced caseload of defendant catastrophic injuries, including EL/PL and RTA matters. You will also assist senior associates and partners on higher-value catastrophic claims, including multi-million-pound cases. The claims handled range from £500,000 to tens of millions of pounds.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 PQE and experience assisting on defendant catastrophic loss or multi-track personal injury cases. Experience managing your own caseload of catastrophic loss claims is preferable. You should be willing to relocate to Liverpool twice a week. A genuine interest in catastrophic loss cases and strong academic background are beneficial.
