Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of catastrophic and serious injury claims.
• Assisting senior team members with complex, multi-million-pound cases.
• Advising clients, including insurers and corporate clients, on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.
• Drafting documents, preparing for court, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Staying updated on legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• NQ + PQE with experience in defendant personal injury litigation.
• Strong background in catastrophic and/or serious injury claims.
• Excellent knowledge of personal injury law, liability, and quantum assessment.
