A leading law firm is seeking a Legal Director/Partner to join their Catastrophic Loss department in Manchester. The role includes overseeing high-value injury claims and strategic client advisory, suited for a seasoned solicitor with strong leadership skills. Your new company
Our client is a well-established full-service defendant law firm. They have offices nationwide and are currently considering Legal Directors/Partners to join their Catastrophic Loss department. The firm is open to either the Manchester or Liverpool offices.
Your new role
This Catastrophic Loss Legal Director/Partner role will see you responsible for:
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE within defendant catastrophic loss. Strong leadership, mentoring and team management skills are essential. Previous existing Partner or Legal Director experience is preferable, but strong Senior Associates looking to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities are required. Those looking for a Partner-level role must be able to demonstrate strong connections with insurer clients.
