Catastrophic Injury / Large Loss Solicitor or Legal Executive – Newcastle

The Partners are interested to hear from fee earners with claimant or defendant experience who are looking to grow a long-term career with this rapidly growing department.

The team handles technical multi-track matters from roughly £250,000 to claims of £5m and above. Whether you are a talented NQ or more experienced fee earner, we would like to speak with you.

Overview

Regardless of your experience level, we want to hear from you

You will join the team at a level appropriate to your experience. Less experienced candidates will work with an experienced Partner in an assisting capacity, while more experienced fee earners will be encouraged to build their own caseload and lead others. The caseload may include:

- Complex injury claims, ranging from £250,000 to over £5 million

For those with more experience, there will be opportunities to take a lead role and delegate to junior colleagues, as well as to participate in operational decision-making.

Client base and work scope

This team advises a range of insurer and corporate clients on some of the most complex injury cases. Applications are welcomed from qualified Legal Executives and solicitors at all levels, including Senior Associates.
