Exciting catastrophic injury solicitor job in Birmingham market

The work is a mix of RTA and EL/PL. The Partners are looking for candidates with proven experience of handling complex injury matters. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and highly successful team. Catastrophic injury work undertaken by the team includes:

• Head injuries
• Spinal injuries
• Amputations
• Fatalities

Depending on your level of experience, you will handle everything from setting strategy right the way through to settling the claim or litigation. The team is fairly small and Partners encourage solicitors to be involved as much as possible taking on as much as they feel capable.

Candidates with less experience

Applicants who are more at the start of their catastrophic injury careers will be encouraged to support more experienced fee earners. That said, you will still be involved as much as possible, whether that is drafting court documents attending JSMs and Court as well as instructing Counsel.
