We’re recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a Legal 500 Catastrophic Injury team at a leading firm’s Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior lawyers on complex, high-value claims involving brain, spinal, and other life-altering injuries.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team where your contribution will be recognised, and your development genuinely prioritised. You’ll receive close mentorship from senior fee earners and gradually take on greater responsibilities as your confidence and skillset grow.

Who we’re looking for

• At least 12 months’ experience working on claimant personal injury matters
• Previous involvement in catastrophic or serious injury cases is highly desirable
• Strong file management and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Proclaim case management system is a plus, but not essential
• Personable, proactive and passionate about helping injured claimants
