Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with 3-4 years PQE.
• Significant experience in handling catastrophic injury files.
• Defendant experience preferred but senior Claimant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Lawyers with complex injury Defendant caseloads.
• Communicate and develop relationships with clients and legal teams.
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice on indemnity and liability.
• Represent clients in hearings and mediations.
• Contribute to development of junior team members.
