CIFF is seeking a Senior Manager, SRHR - HIV, TB and Innovative Financing to spearhead catalytic investment opportunities. You will translate access barriers into practical financing structures, working with manufacturers, governments, investors and global health institutions to improve access and affordability in LMICs.

The role spans investment pipeline development, deal execution and market-shaping activities across HIV, TB and SRHR, aiming for 3–5 deals annually with a US$25–50 million

Qualificações

• Significant experience in investment banking, private equity, development finance or related fields.
• Strong transaction execution skills including origination, due diligence and modelling.
• Experience structuring complex financing transactions and partnerships.
• Experience assessing manufacturer partnerships and market-shaping barriers.
• Understanding global health markets, procurement platforms and catalytic capital.
• Proven ability to present recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and originate catalytic investment opportunities across CIFF's HIV, TB, SRHR portfolio.
• Develop investment theses including access problem, market failure, financing gap and catalytic role.
• Assess barriers to product introduction, procurement and manufacturing.
• Design early-stage deal concepts with rationale, instrument and execution path.
• Maintain a prioritised pipeline supporting 3–5 approvals or launches per year.
