Role Overview

IWG is seeking a creative and engaging Catalogues Manager to support the Customer Content team in creating compelling content that aligns with IWGs strategic vision. This role will manage the creation and execution of key catalogues, developing a diverse range of digital and physical materials tailored to various customer segments and stages of the sales journey. The Catalogues Manager will ensure our communication materials are visually appealing, commercially effective, and incorporate engaging storytelling with best-in-class design and the latest technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience engagement, keen attention to detail, and insight into what emotionally and mentally engages audiences. Reporting to the Head of Customer Content, the Catalogues Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing teams, and agencies to produce world-class customer engagement materials that drive inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audience Focused:
  • Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to understand their needs, including tools and materials, and tailor presentations to different customer segments.
  • Develop and execute compelling presentations aligned with IWG's marketing and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with agencies to deliver high-quality outputs promptly.
  • Content Development:
  • Manage the creation of high-quality, compelling content that meets briefs.
  • Work with the Head of Customer Content to ensure materials reflect IWG's identity and creative vision.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in presentation tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, publishing, or related fields, focusing on customer-facing materials.
  • Proven experience managing creative projects in sales enablement or marketing.
  • Experience working in a sales-driven organization.
  • Excellent project management skills from brief to execution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling narratives.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer collateral.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and content management systems.
