Job description

At Gopuff, we’re not just delivering convenience—we’re redefining how the world shops. Since pioneering instant needs in 2013, we’ve empowered millions of customers across the U.S. and U.K. to reclaim their time through seamless, fast, and reliable delivery. Behind this transformative journey is our tech-first mindset, relentless obsession with customer experience and operational excellence.

To continue shaping the future of commerce, we're looking for an exceptional Catalogue Operations Specialist and this is not just a job - it's a mission.

We believe great work happens through collaboration, not competition. You foster a culture of curiosity, respect, and shared success, ensuring data is a tool for empowerment, not gatekeeping. No room for arrogance—just a commitment to helping others and making an impact together.

If you’re a high-performer who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments, this is your chance to build, innovate, and leave a lasting mark on one of the most disruptive industries in the world.

Are you ready to shape the future of commerce?

Let’s go!

You will:
  1. Oversee the ticketing system, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of tickets related to product setup, updates, pricing, promotions, and other catalog-related issues.
  2. Act as a key point of contact for any escalated issues.
  3. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across all category management related platforms, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that could impact product listings, inventory, or sales.
  4. Manage the creation of new SKUs, ensuring that all product data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted in the system.
  5. Regularly update and maintain catalog data to reflect new products and product changes.
  6. Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for administrative tasks within the category management process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with internal and external guidelines.
  7. Support multiple retail category teams and work with external vendors to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of products.
  8. Work across various internal teams (e.g. retail category, merchandising, supply chain, micro-fulfilment centre, etc) to help drive tools and process improvements that affect vendor management workflows.
You have:
  1. Previous experience in catalog data management, category management operations, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets, able to solve problems using formulas, pivot tables and other advanced tools).
  3. Basic knowledge of SQL would be advantageous, though not essential.
  4. Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel with numerous stakeholders.
  5. High degree of adaptability and flexibility, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and processes in a dynamic work environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Benefits
  1. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision and mental health support to all eligible employees.
  2. Company RSUs (Restricted Stock Units)
  3. Gopuff employee rewards (including some great brand partnership deals)
  4. Career growth opportunities
  5. Annual performance appraisal and bonus
