We are looking for candidates for the position of Catalog Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with Service Providers, the Customer Service team, the Customer outbound process, the Service category team, and Operations to identify gaps in the fulfillment of services provided to customers and work with them to resolve their short-term issues. You will also partner with the program and product management teams to identify long-term fulfillment features and programs to enhance customer experience on Amazon Home Services in India.

Key job responsibilities
  • Under general supervision, follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks with high accuracy and productivity.
  • Interact and coordinate with customers, gather and present customer feedback, and ensure Amazon remains competitive with wide selection and good product information.
  • Maintain records of work, track business workflows, and escalate deviations.
  • Report audit results and communicate findings within the organization.
  • Analyze data to identify new trends and patterns.
  • Identify common patterns in customer escalations and translate them into guidelines and SOPs to improve the escalation process.
  • Provide feedback to streamline existing processes for more consistent, high-quality results.
  • Be open to working on Saturdays and Sundays, with two additional days off during the week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
