The CAT Villages and Special Activations Manager at BEYOND Hospitality Group will plan, mobilise, deliver and demobilise bespoke catering concepts for UEFA EURO 2028 projects.

The role oversees off-site catering requirements and supports activation concepts including Michelin chefs, British talent, pop-ups and unique menus across venues, ensuring flawless delivery across the project lifecycle.

• Concept alignment across menu review, development and feedback, Menu by Match, and beverage menu development
• Managing catering service providers and ensuring delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Operational delivery at venue level during the Operational Phase, potentially leading the venue operations team

Description du poste

The CAT Villages and Special Activations Manager will be responsible for the planning, mobilisation, operational delivery, and demobilisation of bespoke catering concepts for BEYOND projects as part of UEFA EURO 2028.

The role will oversee the specific requirements for off-site catering, while supporting additional activation concepts including Michelin chefs, British culinary talent, bespoke concepts and pop-ups.

Key responsibilities will include concept alignment across menu review, development and feedback, Menu by Match, and beverage menu development, as well as managing catering service providers and ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

During the Operational Phase, the role will operate at venue level, potentially taking a lead role within the venue operations team and ensuring catering operations are delivered as planned.
