Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services (Uk) Plc in Wolverhampton is seeking a driver to perform daily vehicle checks, log work notes on onboard systems, and comply with all traffic laws while ensuring loads are secured and the surroundings are kept clean.

The role requires a Class 2 (Cat C) licence, up-to-date CPC, and Digi/Tachograph card. The package includes 22 days annual leave, pension access, and ongoing training; 48 hours per week with a Monday–Friday start at 04:00, on a rota for Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Essential professional licences and valid driver qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook.
• Using onboard technology to complete work notes.
• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of loads
• Ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up
