Job description

This job is based in Marsh Barton, Exeter, and involves working Monday to Saturday. The shift starts at 06:00 am and continues until completion, with Saturdays being morning shifts only.

The role involves deliveries throughout Devon and Cornwall, with some routes extending into Somerset and Dorset. It is not parcel delivery work but does include manual handling of products.

These roles are ongoing and full-time for successful candidates. Due to the nature of the business, candidates will be subject to DBS checks, and the company conducts random drug and alcohol testing.

The vehicles are monitored, including tracking, fuel efficiency, and dash cams. All candidates will complete driving and hazard awareness assessments. Successful applicants will receive paid training.

The pay rate is £13.64 per hour from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays paid at £17.05 per hour. You will receive 20 days plus bank holidays per annum on PAYE Accrued, which totals approximately £34,045 annually plus overtime. Alternatively, you can opt for the PAYE Advanced model, paying £15.29 per hour Monday to Friday with holiday pay accrued and paid as you earn it, and Saturdays paid at £19.11 per hour. You can choose the PAYE model that suits you best.
