Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking a Casualty/Liability Claims Handler for remote/home working. You will investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability and report findings in line with client requirements while delivering strong customer service.

You will assess liability and quantum, gather evidence, and, where appropriate, settle claims in a timely manner with guidance from the client and internal policies.

Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.

You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.

The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
