Job summary

Cape Clarke is seeking a Casualty Fraud Solicitor / Legal Executive in Manchester to handle casualty fraud matters. The role combines injury litigation with support from a specialist intelligence team and involves EL/PL, highways and housing claims, predominantly on the Fast Track with some Multi-Track work.

The successful candidate will be a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with casualty litigation experience, an analytical approach to evidence, and confidence managing contested claims.

Experience: Junior to experienced lawyer; up to 7 PQE guide
