Our Casualty team provides a full, expert service in defending public (PL) and employers' liability (EL) claims, across the private and public sectors. Weightmans' team is renowned for defendant litigation services in these and other specialist Casualty areas. We operate nationally with dedicated teams for commercial insurance and the public sector, including a Casualty Fraud team. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal to join our Casualty Fraud Team, based in Liverpool or Manchester. The team handles instructions from insureds and insurers, with a fraud identification system supporting a wide range of cases involving commercial, public sector, and insurance clients nationwide.
