What will you be doing?

  6. Perform other relevant duties aligned with the objectives of the LFC Foundation.
  7. Attend all weekly multidisciplinary team meetings.
  8. Support recruitment processes for bringing players into the girls' academy, ensuring alignment with LFC core values, fairness, and impartiality.
  9. Complete all administrative processes, session planning, IDPs, staff performance reviews, and operational requirements punctually and to a high standard.
  10. Participate in 100% of internal and external CPD events and pursue personal CPD development.

An understanding of the pressures and commitments for players, along with support strategies for emotional well-being, is important.

You should be reliable, conscientious, flexible, and available to attend all sessions and fixtures. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to develop good working relationships with the MDT, support staff, and senior management. You should demonstrate role model behaviors and foster an ethos of high aspirations and achievement.
