Qualifications

Job description

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Wellingborough, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Casual Nursery Worker to join our team. You’ll be working to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are upheld
  • Ensuring equal access and opportunities for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Contributing to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Understanding and implementing all company policies and procedures
  • Adhering to updates in policies and practices within specified timescales
  • Meeting the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Reporting concerns or issues regarding policies and practices to your line manager
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Ensuring confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
