Our Spa Therapists play a vital role in delivering excellent guest experiences. They are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to exceeding guest expectations. As frontline ambassadors, they uphold high standards and deliver exceptional service.

What we require from you

Our Spa Therapists are professional, proactive, and passionate about the industry. They work independently and as part of our Spa and Leisure team, providing excellent customer service and maintaining our standards to ensure guests have memorable stays.

This position involves shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional hours during busy periods, including bank holidays.

• Familiarity with all hotel facilities, events, and activities.
• Booking spa/beauty treatments following proper procedures.
• Meeting and greeting guests at the spa/reception area.
• Assessing client needs and suitability for treatments and products.
• Performing treatments to high standards, maintaining client confidentiality and care.
• Recommending retail products during and after treatments.
• Handling customer comments and complaints professionally.
• Staying informed about all spa services and attending training sessions.
• Assisting with promotions and ideas to increase business.
• Ensuring equipment safety, maintenance, and servicing.
• This role is weekend-only, with potential for additional hours during the week based on business needs.
