To receive, pick, and consolidate customer orders using the Manhattan warehouse management system (WMS). Maintain the flow of product in and out of the area as per the day’s work requirements.

Carry out all tasks efficiently to ensure business continuity for Fowler Welch and its customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Load/unload product in line with company policies and procedures.
• Complete correct documentation for all inbound and dispatch loads.
• Report trailer or MHE faults and ensure VOR vehicles are parked properly.
• Ensure goods are picked and assembled accurately.
• Secure despatched loads before leaving the loading bay.
• Meet productivity standards set by the company.
• Follow health & safety policies, SSOWs, and HACCP regulations, and address colleagues' non-compliance.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Manage customer returns and notify the Stock Controller.
• Assist Stock Controllers and colleagues as needed, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
