Join our dynamic team of Waiting and Bar staff and be a part of some of the most exciting events in Manchester and the surrounding areas!

We provide staffing solutions for a wide range of events, including corporate functions, music festivals, sports events, and private parties – Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Waiting or Bar Staff! This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek flexible, temporary work opportunities. Responsibilities include waiting on and bar work at various events.

Key Responsibilities of our Waiting & Bar Staff

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
• Perform waiting duties, including taking orders and delivering food and drinks to tables
• Handle bar work, including preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Set up and dismantle event equipment as required
• Assist with event logistics and coordination
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
• Support the events team with various tasks as needed

Our Perfect Waiting or Bar Person

• Previous experience in hospitality, waiting, or bar work is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to various event locations
• Driver with a car is advantageous but not essential
