Job summary

Linley & Simpson in Harrogate is looking for a Casual Viewer to join our friendly lettings team and help clients view properties on weekends.

This is a zero-hour contract, mostly Saturdays 9:30am-1pm, with occasional extra hours. You’ll conduct viewings professionally, review property credentials, and attend team meetings.

Own transport is essential; strong communication, reliability and a neat, professional appearance are expected as we work with clients across the Harrogate area.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving licence and own car.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and efficient.
• Demonstrate excellent time keeping.
• Immaculately presented and professional manner.
