Job summary

Gravesham Borough Council is recruiting three casual staff for the Woodville theatre's food and beverage team, covering the Spotlites Café and Kent Room Bar. You will greet visitors, assist with seating and safety, sell merchandise, and clear the venue after events. Hours are casual and fitted to the business's needs.

Applicants should have Level 2 English and maths and customer service experience. Training and Local Government Pension Scheme are provided.

Qualifications

• English and maths Level 2 required.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and serve in Spotlites Café and Kent Room Bar.
• Promote and sell merchandise and confectionery.
• Meet and greet visitors at the front of the venue.
• Assist with seating and customer safety within the venue.
• Clean the venue after events.
• Work flexibly across bar, café and front of house tasks to suit the business.
• Deliver a professional, courteous service that raises the profile of each area.
