Casual Team Member

What you’ll be doing:

We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members to join our dedicated catering team at Salisbury Cathedral on a flexible, casual basis.

As a Casual Team Member, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful Casual Team Members will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with basic food production & preparation, customer service, and generally supporting the operations while adhering to all Health and Food Safety requirements. Shifts:

Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates are required to work at least one weekend day.

Purpose of the role:

1. Basic food preparation, counter set up, and serving of food and beverages
2. Ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to clients and customers
3. Demonstrating a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and striving to exceed customer expectations
4. Ensuring correct storage of food items and equipment after service
5. Assisting colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as required
6. Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
