We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House professional to join our vibrant hospitality team, where you'll prepare students for real-world success in restaurants, hotels, and event venues.

You'll be teaching in a truly exceptional setting - our award-winning AA Rosette @34 restaurant, where students gain hands-on experience delivering a fine dining service to the public. It's not just a classroom, it's a live hospitality environment that sets the standard for excellence.

What you'll be doing...

  • delivering engaging, hands-on lessons in front of house operations, customer service, and hospitality standards
  • supporting learners across Level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications, including practical assessments and theory-based modules
  • collaborating with kitchen and hospitality teams to run our AA rosette @34 restaurant.
  • mentoring and motivating students to develop confidence, professionalism, and industry-ready skills
  • contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

About Us

Our Hospitality, Hair and Beauty faculty is based within the Laurence Building at our Hele Road campus, close to the heart of the city centre, just a few minutes' walk from Exeter St. David's and Exeter Central Stations. We have exceptional commercial facilities to include the @34 AA rosette Restaurant, three commercial hairdressing/barbering salons, four beauty therapy clinics and a Spa.
