Daytime sessions are limited in availability. Evenings from 16:00-18:00 for both Main & Small pool are available and in demand. This is on a termly basis.

Do you have an STA Award or Certificate or a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming, and experience teaching a diverse customer base? Are you passionate about teaching swimming?

As a Swimming Teacher, you will run sessions effectively, drawing on your teaching knowledge and passion for helping students reach their full potential. Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work aligned with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme. Conduct sessions according to the timetable, ensuring classes start and end on time.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, creating a welcoming environment with a positive attitude.
• Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Refer any child safeguarding concerns promptly, following Fusion’s Safeguarding policy.
• Deliver lessons safely and effectively, adhering to all regulations and guidance.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the swim lesson programme and enhance customer service.
