Job summary

The Warwick Schools Foundation Swim Scheme is seeking a Casual Swim Teacher to support the busy Sports Centre. You will deliver an effective coaching and teaching programme, developing water confidence, safety, and technical swimming skills across a range of participants from non-swimmers to advanced swimmers.

Fridays 18:00-19:00; Saturdays 08:30-13:30/14:30; Sundays 08:30-13:00/14:00. The role requires safeguarding checks and right to work in the UK.

We are seeking to appoint a Casual Swim Teacher to help a busy and thriving Sports Centre at Warwick Schools Foundation to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Sports Centre.

We are looking for Swimming Teachers to deliver an effective coaching and teaching program in a friendly and professional manner to all who participate in the Warwick Schools Foundation Swim Scheme. The Swimming Teacher will be responsible for developing water confidence, safety, and technical swimming skills across a range of participants of different abilities—from non-swimmers to advanced swimmers.

Salary range

• Level 1: Support Staff Point 22 to 25: £17.25 (£14.75 per hour plus £2.50 holiday pay) to £18.97 per hour (£16.21 per hour plus £2.76 holiday pay)
• Level 2: Support Staff Point 27 to 30 : £20.19 (£17.26 plus £2.93 holiday pay) to £22.02 per hour (£18.82 plus £3.20 holiday pay)

Predicted hours of work

• Fridays: 18:00-19:00
• Saturdays: 08:30-13:30/14:30
• Sundays:08:30-13:00/14:00
