What we offer you
What you’ll be doing
You will be supporting adults in our 1-1 Service to take part in activities that help them learn new skills, socialise, and work towards employment. Activities include in our building with a canteen and café, as well as community-based activities like gym sessions, swimming, and dancing. You will need skills in areas such as art, music, drama, horticulture, cookery, and IT, with experience in planning and facilitating sessions with meaningful outcomes. Competent computer skills are required for planning and recording. You must be able to push a wheelchair and support individuals using public transport and our vehicles.
The key to this role is your enthusiasm and ability to create a positive rapport with those we support, helping them achieve their goals in a supportive environment.
