Package Description

JOB ROLE: Casual Support Worker

LOCATION: Stoke-on-Trent ST6

SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour

HOURS: Casual Contract

UK Driving Licence Required

The location in St Neots offers easy access to amenities and attractions, with good transport links to nearby cities like Peterborough, Huntingdon, and London.

Support Worker Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
  • Promoting independence and supporting a fulfilling life.
  • Encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Supporting health care needs, including appointments and medication administration.
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
  • Assisting with personal care as required.
  • Helping with domestic tasks, including cleaning and cooking.
  • Providing emotional and physical support and guidance.

Experience in care is not required as we offer full training, coaching, and development opportunities.
