Job summary

The Cresset Ltd, part of YMCA Trinity Group, is recruiting casual staff to join our busy team on an as-and-when-required basis. Roles include crew, hospitality (over 18 for bar work) and stewards, with shifts of 4–8 hours, evenings and weekends, to deliver a first-class service for customers, visitors and events partners.

We offer NMW, with an induction, training opportunities and a view to progression. Criminal background checks may apply, and sponsorship is not provided for non-UK workers.

Qualifications

• Casual staff must be reliable and punctual, with good time management skills.
• Some bars and till experience is preferred, however training will be given.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Role

The Cresset are currently looking for a Casual staff to join their busy team on as and when required basis.

Casual staff play a critical role in ensuring our events and services to ensure a first-class service for our customers, visitors, and events partners.

Shifts are offered on an as and when required basis. Shift lengths may be 4-8 hours. Work available evenings and weekends.

The roles we are looking for are;

• Crew
• Hospitality (over 18 to be able to complete bar work)
• Stewards

In summary you will have the following qualities:

• Work well as part of a team
• Be reliable and punctual, with good time management skills
