Check stock levels at the nominated catering outlet.
Ensure stand managers check and sign all relevant documentation.
Brief your catering team before service.
Support your team throughout the shift, report incidents to senior management/HR.
Handle cashing up tills.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Conduct stock checks at designated times.
Ensure the catering outlet is clean at the end of service and any cleaning is completed.
Comply with the Public Licensing Act regarding alcohol service.
Monitor the service of alcoholic beverages.
Wear all allocated uniform and PPE, follow hygiene guidelines.
Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
Follow the company's Equality & Diversity policies.
Adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.
Experience is essential.
