• Carrying out random temperature checks and maintaining records.
• Ensuring supervisor checks and signs all relevant documentation.
• Transferring stock to various kiosks as requested, completing transfer notes.
• Serving food items at correct temperatures and high presentation standards.
• Checking outlets for cleanliness and completing cleaning as needed.
• Maintaining proper hygiene handling of food items.
• Performing other reasonable duties as requested.
