Main Responsibilities
  • Attend pre-match and de-brief meetings with the Stadium Retail Catering Manager
  • Check opening stock on all nominated catering outlets
  • Document any stock alterations on the Team Leaders' stock sheet
  • Transfer stock between locations as needed
  • Brief all catering staff prior to service
  • Ensure all outlets are ready to open on time
  • Assist Team Leaders when necessary
  • Recognize staff potential and promote development and incentives
  • Complete and sign relevant documentation per company procedures
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
  • Carry out stock checks at designated times
  • Perform security checks as per procedures
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Comply with all food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Follow all company policies, including uniform and hygiene standards
  • Wear allocated uniform and PPE during shifts
  • Maintain proper hygiene handling of food items
  • Participate in required training sessions
  • Ensure cleanliness of outlets after service
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned
