Job summary

Alternative Futures Group in Liverpool is seeking a Support Worker to help people live independently and achieve their goals. You will provide personalised support across community settings, homes, and care environments, following tailored plans to suit individual needs.

Full training is provided, with flexible shifts including day, waking nights, sleep-ins and weekends, enabling a meaningful role within the health & social care sector.

Qualifications

  • No previous care experience required.
  • Friendly and confident communicators.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work day shifts, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.

Our Support Workers work in a variety of settings including community-based services (often supporting people in their own homes) to our Independent Hospitals or Adult Care Homes.
