OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:

• Minimum entry level: VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 6 months experience in a salon or spa environment
• Excellent communication skills, confident in speaking with guests and colleagues
• The ability and stamina to perform at least 8 hours of treatments per day

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:

• Escalate any complaints immediately to the Department Manager with full details
• Perform treatments to the standards set by the Treatment Manager and product suppliers
• Restock professional products in treatment rooms, completing stock requisition forms to ensure rooms are fully stocked
• Support colleagues by performing additional tasks as required
• Strive to improve treatment quality through practice and feedback
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall spa team goals
