Security Safeguards are highly motivated colleagues committed to first-class customer satisfaction. This role is very customer-focused, with a friendly and welcoming approach. Our security team plays a vital role in 'bringing places to life,' ensuring students and guests feel welcome and safe at our halls of residence. Your responsibilities include conducting student accommodation checks, responding to calls from students, and participating in regular campus patrols.

It is essential to hold a current SIA license and have experience in a similar role. A valid driver’s license is also required. You should be a confident communicator, enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, and prioritize the safety of our students. The ideal candidate is approachable, capable of handling issues or unusual circumstances professionally, and able to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and university staff.
