Ilkley Grammar School is seeking a Casual Minibus Driver to join our associate staff team within a high-performing school. You will transport students safely and responsibly, requiring a full clean driving licence and the ability to engage with pupils.

This casual, term-time-only role offers Flexible hours and a competitive scale pay point 3 (range 3–4) (£12.85-£13.05 per hour) for a reliable, safeguarding-conscious individual committed to our community.

Qualifications

• Reliable, flexible and professional with a full, clean driving licence.
• Confident driving a minibus or similar vehicle and transporting students safely.
• Calm, approachable and able to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
• Strong safeguarding, health and safety awareness and student wellbeing.
• Committed team member willing to work flexibly to support the school.
