Casual 0 hour - School Club Activity Leader

Before School Hours: 7:30-8:45

After school hours: 3:20-6pm Monday to Friday during term-time

Salary: Up to £13ph (dependent on age, experience, and qualifications)

We are recruiting for a leading provider of out-of-school-hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope every year. They are looking for someone enthusiastic and passionate about children’s play and activities, who can inspire the children!

As a Play Worker, you don't necessarily need specific experience, but ideally you will have:

  • A Passion for Working with Children: Providing inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for children, inspiring them to explore their interests.
  • Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: Assisting with planning and delivering structured activities, including multi-sports, indoor/outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
  • Responsibility and Reliability: Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children, following policies, completing accident reports, and conducting safety checks.
  • Communication and Engagement: Maintaining professionalism and effective communication with team members, parents, children, and schools. Representing the organization positively.
