Casual 0 hour - School Club Activity Leader

Before School Hours: 7:30-8:45

After school hours: 3:20-6pm Monday to Friday during term-time

Salary: Up to £13ph (dependent on age, experience, and qualifications)

We are recruiting for the leading provider of out-of-school-hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope every year and is looking for someone enthusiastic and passionate about children’s play and activities, who can inspire the next generation of children!

As a Play Worker, no specific experience is necessary, but ideal candidates will have:

  • A Passion for Working with Children: providing inclusive, fun, and engaging activities while inspiring children to explore their interests
  • Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: assisting with planning and delivering structured activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play
  • Responsibility and Reliability: ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children, following policies, completing accident reports, and conducting safety checks
  • Communication and Engagement: maintaining professional communication with team members, parents, children, and schools; representing the organisation positively
