Job summary

Sports Direct, part of Frasers Group, is recruiting a Casual Sales Assistant. You’ll deliver a high-energy, customer-focused experience on each shift, supporting customers on the shop floor and contributing to driving sales in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service.

• Support visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand.
• Assist with deliveries and stock processing; ensure pricing is accurate.

Job Description

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience on every shift. You’ll support customers on the shop floor, maintain excellent store standards, and contribute to driving sales performance all while developing valuable retail skills in a fast-moving environment.

Sales & Customer Service

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations

Visual Merchandising & Standards

• Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment and organisation
• Support visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand

Operational Support

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is accurate and up to date
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
