Job summary

Sports Direct, part of Frasers Group, is hiring a Casual Sales Assistant to deliver a high-energy, customer-focused shopping experience on every shift. You’ll help customers on the shop floor, keep standards high, and drive sales in a fast-moving environment.

From day one you’ll receive in-store induction and access to development pathways, including leadership programmes and nationally recognised qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations
• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store targets
• Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment and organisation
• Support visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand
• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is accurate and up to date
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy

Job Description

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience on every shift. You’ll support customers on the shop floor, maintain excellent store standards, and contribute to driving sales performance all while developing valuable retail skills in a fast-moving environment.
