Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group in the UK is seeking a retail team member for the Trafford Centre store on a zero-hour contract. You will support the store management in delivering the retail plan, embody the Lindt brand, and help create moments of delight for customers every day.

You will drive sales, maintain presentation standards, assist with stock and loss prevention, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a drive for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management to achieve the retail plan and targets.
