Job summary

Sports Direct, part of the Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our frontline team in Edinburgh. You’ll greet customers, help them find the right products, and deliver fast, friendly service in a busy store.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic retail team, enjoy flexible hours, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression as we continue to grow. No two shifts are the same, but the goal is consistent, high-quality customer care.

• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
• Replenish shelves and rails so the floor is always ready for the next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and spot smart upsell opportunities.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
