Role: Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

1. Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions, and guiding product selection.
2. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of bicycles, components, accessories, and clothing, while staying informed about cycling trends and technologies.
3. Sales: Engaging with customers to identify needs and recommend products, upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets.
4. Stock Management: Assisting with inventory, restocking shelves, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
5. Cash Handling: Managing transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
6. Merchandising: Ensuring attractive and organized product displays.
7. Safety: Promoting safety protocols, including fitting customers with appropriate safety gear.
